About Komaru Enterprises LLC
A community art and music space that is incredibly versatile for both large events and more intimate meetings: live music concerts, theater, comedy, rehearsals, recordings, film screenings, video shoots, art exhibitions, birthday parties, meetings, conferences, classes, seminars, company gatherings. We have a full PA system with a 12 channel mixer, a baby grand piano and a drum set. A projector and screen is available for a small additional charge. There is a small kitchen. During COVID we used the outdoor space for many street performances, dancing, live music and food cooked by neighbors. It became a very special place for the neighborhood.

We try to keep the place clean as much as possible. Bathroom and kitchen are always clean.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
