The minimally furnished space has bold-colored lounge seating and intriguing antique pieces that offer a cozy atmosphere with a midcentury modern flair. Most furniture may be reoriented to accommodate preferred layout. The expandable dining room table seats 4-8 and has 6 matching chairs. Additional folding tables and chairs available. The large emerald green/white country-style kitchen with open pantry shelving is convenient for catering service and offers a stainless steel island perfect for food prep. The powder room/laundry room is accessible from the kitchen. Just beyond the kitchen is the entrance to the expansive zen-inspired courtyard featuring a mature ginkgo (male), dwarf japanese maples, and white pine trees along with shrubs that line a central trail towards a pebbled open area under a fig tree. The bluestone walkway along the courtyard edge leads to a large pergola and decommissioned fountain that was transformed into an herb garden at the far end. The pergola is covered by grapevines. The courtyard is also accessible from a grand brick wall entry from the alley. The interior and exterior spaces can separately seat up to 24 people comfortably, with standing room for up to 50 guests total permitted.
