About the Space
25 minutes outside of NYC, you can find a beautiful colonial-style home that serves as a sanctuary and library for Black memorabilia, as well as BIPOC. Carefully curated by the owner of the home, we have a private collection of Black memorabilia enclosed in the built-in glass cabinets, and in just about every nook and cranny in the house. With five rooms, each with a different color, it is a great space to do take photographs, host and record small conversations, and browse Afro-History. You can find beautiful custom stained glass windows, as well as a beautiful golden hour in the dining room. We also have a deck that is available for use upon request for outdoor shoots. While the rooms already have color, color gels can be brought to enhance the tones of the space. In addition to the Fifth Hour Staff cleaning in between bookings, we also employ a professional to clean two to three times a week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
