Bookings confirmed and accepted after Feb. 1st, 2025 - Guest can arrive 1 hour before their booked event to set up and decorate. If booked before Feb 1st 2025, you must include your decorating time. The entrance of space is on the ground floor, no stairs. There are mirrors waist tall all over. There is a kitchen with a double sink, refrigerator, microwave, There are two bathrooms. We have an outdoor space... usage is weather permitted only and it's an additional fee to use. If you need a speaker, you have access to our Commercial Speaker. iPhone or Android Phone connection only. No DJ turntable connection. We provide 8 6ft. TABLES & 50 White Chivari... you cannot bring your own. If you need additional chairs and tables they must be rented. 50 people max. We provide Decor Service, must book and request at least one month in advance. Table Decor, Backdrop and Balloon Garland, ordering of cakes or cupcakes. Store bought or custom made. Just walk-in and party. Rentals - 360 Camera Booth, Throne Chairs, Large Numbers, Area Rugs, Outdoor Space, large bin for drinks, charger plates, tables, chairs, chair covers, sashes, runners and more. For purchase - Sternos, ice, plastic table cloth, cups plates, and dinnerware. Cleaning fees include sanitizing and disinfectanting the space after you leave. The kitchen, bathrooms, high-touched areas, sweeping, mopping and etc.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
