About the Space
*Please inquiry if booking for the 15% promo rate for bookings before 3/6* Outdoor space ONLY. Our newly redone Spanish style home has a wonderful South-facing deck / backyard / pool. The light is truly gorgeous throughout the day but especially when it hits late afternoon and bounces off the stucco walls. A beautiful original blue garage door is a wonderful backdrop for any photoshoot. There is also a succulent garden and covered porch in the front with tall hedges that create a nice backdrop for portraits or any other photoshoots. If you would like to use the pool, please let us know. There is a 80$/day flat fee to heat the pool during the colder months. Otherwise the pool is a wonderful temperature.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
