Beautiful backyard with fountain and lights to make any event lively and cozy. The space can be rented for different types of events. It can be a baby or bridal shower, a photo shoot or simply to relax and enjoy time with friends. Space includes use of a bathroom and indoor living room. Note: - Space is not suitable for kids jumpers Five Rectangular tables included. Chairs for parties of 20 (regular plastic white chairs) are included, but for parties over 20 people, chairs are extra. I can quote you depending on the chair of your choice. Linens are also not included, but I can help you organize your event. Outside caterers allowed. Alcohol okay. No drugs. No smoking on premises.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The rental space is outdoors and plenty of space for social distancing. Bathroom is cleaned thoroughly and hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided. General cleaning is included in the hourly rate but at the end of the night, all must be cleaned up by guest and left tidy. All trash needs to be bagged up and ready for throw away.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
