About Mukunda Studio

Transport yourself to this tranquil oasis for your next meeting or corporate gathering. This second floor walk-up studio is approximately 1350 square feet total and is a relaxing urban sanctuary in SOMA. Primarily decorated with the idea of supporting a relaxing vibe and a gentle use of the space. We seek to make space for those who are in the wellness field in some form or another, but may consider creative ways to utilize this beautiful studio. Please be sure to inquire before booking to make sure this is a compatible space for your needs. There are 3-main areas of use. Feel free to use the entire studio or choose one area: 1. Large studio (24' x 28') with newly refinished wooden floors, white concrete walls and windows on the Northwest side of the room with natural light. The windows are mostly covered with a frosted film - currently no curtains. There are curtains to draw on the opposite, entry side of the room that offer some privacy from the other spaces. Door to the studio swings open/closed but does not lock. This room has been used for in-person and livestreamed classes, workshops, and meetings. It has also been rented for photo and video shoots and reserved for events. We can set up tables and chairs for a meeting, luncheon, etc. for an additional fee. Seating 30-40. Monitor available with WIFI and HDMI cable to project from laptop. 2. Front studio (18' x 24') with sisal carpet, white concrete walls, floor to ceiling windows all along Southeast side of the area. This area is only able to be enclosed by pulling floor to ceiling curtains. This space has been used for group meditation, livestreaming meetings and a co-working space. This space can be cleared with all furniture removed with request for an additional fee. Seating 10-24. Monitor available with WIFI and HDMI cable to project from laptop. 3. White Couch Lounge (10' x 12') is a sitting area with 2 white vinyl covered couches in an "L" shape (10' and 8') and 2 wooden coffee tables with 3 ottomans. This space has been used for meetings, co-working space, tea tastings, meditation and recording podcasts. Sisal carpeted which is the same throughout the front desk area as well. Seating 2-10. WIFI and outlets. There is a tea station with a tea kettle and selection of teas and tea mugs across from the White Couch Lounge. Portable Ninja convection oven and Ninja Foodi for cooking and preparing food for events - available depending on the need. A single unisex bathroom and front counter at the entry are part of the space. The studio office is generally off limits unless other arrangements are made ahead.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The studio is kept organized and clean daily. We have very limited flow of use and are not open to the public for general use. We pride ourselves in maintaining a clean, neutral environment for safe use. Please do your best to clean up after your use to help keep the overall cleanliness at it's best. The recycling/compost/landfill containers are cleared out after each use. You are not expected to empty these unless you produce an amount that would go beyond the size of the containers. In that event, we may request that you take the recycling/compost/landfill with you. A $125 cleaning fee may be assessed if the studio is not generally well looked after at the conclusion of your use.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
