Loft 3 is an extremely cozy cabin-style dining room. Large windows facing the DTLA skyline bring a lot of natural light to this space. Wooden vintage furniture, fireplace, and beautiful decor make Loft 3 a great place for your shoot. This studio comes with included 2 RGB LED panels with light stands, instead of Strobes and C-stands. We don't provide Strobes, light modifiers, c-stands, or backdrops at this location. - Rates exclude cleaning/damage fee (billed only upon occurrence). - Stage is not soundproof. This is an interior studio with limited waiting space. If your production involves building sets or decorations, moving furniture, using extensive lighting equipment, or bringing a large group, please let us know in advance so we can confirm the studio is the right fit and advise on booking additional space if needed. Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
