Welcome to MJB Studios! Conveniently located less than a mile from The Cowboys and Rangers Stadium in Arlington, TX. We are proud to offer creatives a space with various backdrop and set options. We've thought about all of the things needed to have an exciting and productive session. Our space is perfect for photographers, content creators, and anyone who is looking for creative variety! Be sure to read below so you know everything available in your rental and some house rules we encourage you to respect: Included in your rental (Sets change periodically. Pictures posted are CURRENT!) -Use of the entire space -Lighting, stands, soft boxes, and triggers (Sony and Canon only) -2 Continuous lights and 2 strobes (Godox and Genaray) -2 C-Stands -Godox Spotlight Projector -Extension cord -Stools/Furniture (Please see pictures for details) -Vanity space -Free front access, street level parking -Private Restroom -Clothing Rack -Steamer -Backdrop papers- **WHITE, BLACK & TAN ARE THE ONLY COLORS AVAILABLE DURING BOOKINGS** *IMPORTANT INFOMATION* -A photographer is not included in the rental. -We have some natural light towards the front of the space. Black out curtains are also available. -Please do not shift sets and decor. We are a set-based studio & request that sets remain as pictured. -NO glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, or fog machines allowed. -Set up and clean up time is not included. Book sufficient time to set up and clean up! -Cleaning and studio reset fees will apply if rules are not followed. ($150+ fees) -A bluetooth speaker is available near the backdoor. Keep the volume respectful, please. -Do NOT hang your own paper backdrops on the mount located on the wall. -Safety cameras MUST stay on for safety reasons. Please do not unplug or move them. -Keep an eye on your children. If they break/damage it, you buy it. -Respect the schedule. Leaving late or walking in on someone else's session may result in fees or being banned from the studio.
