About the Space
Close to Central Manchester but with countryside type views and decking area. We have had many advertising shoots here and have had location houses previously too. A large open plan living and kitchen area, with lots of room for lighting and to shoot from. We have 5 bedrooms including a teen room and young child's bedroom. This is the perfect mix of old and new with a semi-open plan layout, large modern windows/door combined with retained period features such as stripped wooden doors, leaded windows, fireplaces and original staircase. The style is quite minimal with white used throughout the location giving plenty of great light. A real blank canvas but also with plenty of subtle style which could be utilised for any type of shoot. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
