About the Space

Cozy and connected studio spaces that cater to the individual or the collaborative creative team. Relax in our green room with a hot latte or pour-over in between takes and make your day of creating memorable and stress-free! Our production studio is equipped with LED lighting, Black Magic URSA Mini Pro, a shotgun mic, and 2 wireless lav microphones. A 27"iMac is ready and waiting to review footage or photos and immediately back up work to external hard drives. If your project needs narration or voice over we have a sound-treated podcast studio on site. Need a green screen? We have you covered! We also provide a standard black or white fabric backdrop or you are welcome to bring your own custom backdrop or step and repeat! We have an in-house videographer and audio engineer available if more robust audio is required so you can focus on your content, and leave the details to us. Coffee shops, deli's, and a variety of unique and award-winning restaurants are all within a brief walking distance and many available for catering in.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
