About the Space
Cozy mid-century modern house offers an open kitchen, dining room and living room layout that is perfect for an intimate gathering, photo shoot or videography production. The studio is furnished with a piano and chairs, which can be used for entertaining your guests, with a half bathroom conveniently located directly across the way. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs, which can provide either various photography sets or the perfect dressing rooms for your models. When you send an inquiry, please let me know how you plan to use the space and the total number of attendees so I can determine how to best prepare the house for you. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
