About the Space

****UPDATED**** New faux green back drop and gorgeous heat lamps available for a custom and versatil party ! Cozy backyard capable of hosting a wedding with up to 50 guests a taco man, or caterer as well as a DJ. Comes with beautiful blue glass fire pit with concrete seating around it. Professionally hung outdoor lights. Outdoor heater, flat screen TV, ceiling fan. Table with six chairs under a gazebo with a small area for drinks to create a fun bar area. Side of the house is a putting green that can be used as a staging area for weddings. Large extended driveway is great for parking, portable restrooms, caterers and more. There is NO RESTROOM available. Our guests have found renting a restroom to be easy and affordable. Price includes 6 tables and 36 white resin chairs. We also have backdrops, speakers, large white tent, propane heater, linens, and decorative plates, available for rent as an add-on!

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
