We've got you covered! Bold colors, minimalist furniture, plants, and quirky art and decor combine to create a unique backdrop for photo and video productions! The space consists of two living rooms divided by an original pocket door, an eat-in kitchen with a 6-person dining table, a half-bath, and a backyard with additional seating. We have multi-room Google Nest speakers if you're looking to play music, plus 2 TVs. Have a need we didn't mention? Let us know, we're happy to work with you! We will be upstairs during your rental, and available for any needs that may arise!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

A CAT LIVES HERE, though she will be kept out of the space during the booking. We thoroughly clean all surfaces, and guests with cat allergies have used the space without issue, however if you're highly allergic to cats, you may want to pass.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
