The Harlequin Room (capacity 50) Our spacious Harlequin Event Room is perfect for hosting medium-sized events, comfortably accommodating up to 50 guests. This versatile space is equipped with a professionally installed sound system and dynamic party lighting, creating the ideal ambiance for private gatherings, birthday parties, or receptions. Additionally, the venue includes two restrooms and offers ample free parking for your convenience, ensuring a seamless experience for both hosts and guests. The Harlequin Room is approximately 1800 sq ft. The space can be booked via one of our packages (BEST DEAL!) Our Harlequin Room BASIC PACKAGE includes: Our Harlequin Room for 6 hours -Round Tables for Seating -6ft Rectangle tables for Food & Beverage -Tablecloths and Runners for all tables -Garden Chairs -Chair Bows -Set up and Tear down fees Walk in, bring your food and drinks, party and go! ($2000) Our Harlequin room DIAMOND PACKAGE includes: Our Harlequin Room for 8 hours Everything in the Basic Package Table Settings and Centerpieces Bar Set Up (Bar Table, High Top Tables, Ice Bucket & Scoop, Silver Drink Tubs for ice and beverage cooling) Catering Table Set Up (Chaffing dishes for food warming, serving spoons & tongs, presentation trays) Arrive Party ready, put the food in the warmers, drink ingredients at the bar and enjoy! We do the clean up and break down for you! ($3000) *** Add a wedding Sweetheart table, with Thrown Chairs and custom colors backdrop for $500 (or a balloon arch, & backdrop with marquee numbers for birthday ) Outside food and catering is allowed. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
