Beautiful open studio with natural light, wood floors, and flexible modular video capabilities. 14 ft ceilings, and wide diversity of backdrops. 2x Rolling tables, 6x directing chairs, and plant/couch backdrops bring functionality and life to any shoot. Two blank white walls, one reclaimed wood-paneled wall, 2x 8ft flats, one side floor-to-ceiling windows. Included grip equipment: 10x c-stands, 10x sandbags & 3x apple boxes. More equipment available for additional fees upon request. Additional rooms include green room, edit suite & production office available upon request. Free high speed wifi, kitchen, & 2x bathrooms (Men's & Women's)

The space is cleaned nightly. After a rental, we do a deep sanitization and clean of every surface and commonly used items.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
