**If you try to book just a hour your request will be denied. It’s a 2 hour minimum** The space has multiple sets for your video and photo needs. You will get key code access to the building. There will be instructions inside on how to use the lighting equipment I have there but feel free to bring your own lighting gear as well. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
