About the Space
We have a large indoor and outdoor space perfect for photoshoots, parties, art shows, performances, etc. The first floor is used as a preschool. It is open and spacious and furniture can be moved easily. The kitchen is a large space. Events in the backyard can accomodate over 50 people.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A clean safe space is fundamental. We use epa approved cleaning products to clean daily and between visits. We ask that the space be left as clean as it was found. Special requests will be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
