The loft is reached by a beautiful stained glass door and brand new wooden staircase that is lit from above by a huge skylight. It is another world and must be viewed to be appreciated. It has underfloor heating throughout and a strong internet signal via a booster keeping it separate from the main house. The loft is proven on Air BnB. It has a kitchenette, carpeted lounge area, fitted kitchen, oven, extractor fan and dual hob, integrated fridge freezer and wine rack. Two enormous skylights sit in the tall sloped ceiling and give a view of the shard lit up at night. A projector is currently fitted with hidden cables and ceiling speakers. The loft bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling, and has an 18 jet soaking jacuzzi fully serviced. The flat would be great for lifestyle & fashion photography, photo shoots and commercial shoots.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
