    This home is the perfect space for your production needs, intimate gatherings, workshops, meetings, bridal showers, baby showers etc.. Our space has high ceilings, modern design, streaming light. We welcome photoshoots, film/video shoots, photography, and more. The open, 1000 sq ft main floor contains the kitchen, living and dining areas and a half bath. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove and oven, and all the other typical appliances such as refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has a gas fireplace, couches and accessories that can be rearranged as needed. The dining room has an extendable table which can seat up to ten when extended The driveway and garage may be used as needed for staging. PLEASE NOTE - THIS LISTING IS FOR THE 1st level ONLY. The second floor is not a part of this listing.

    Cancellation Policy

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.     All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
