Our 700 sq ft space is located in the fairfax area, near Beverly Hills of Los Angeles. Features: - 2 Music Studios fully loaded with high-end equipment - 1 recording booth - 1 empty lounge space - Phillip Hue lights (dimmable and color-changeable) in each room to set the mood - Kitchenette This is a great place to produce content in a quality music studio, recording booth, and any creative content in our lounge space. Each music studio fits 3-5 people max comfortably. For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - Audio Engineer: $20/hr - Assistant: $20/hr There is one private restroom inside the unit and one kitchenette.
