Choose how you want to work: Rental, Support or Full Production. 1. RENTAL — BRING YOUR TEAM $170/hour · 3-hour minimum. Your rental includes: • White cyclorama and green-screen shooting areas. • Podcast room as a lounge or holding area. • Three basic continuous lights for a simple interview setup. • Lounge, wardrobe area, steamer and kitchenette. • Wi-Fi, free parking and house power. • Standard cleaning and reset. The included lights are self-operated. Cameras, audio equipment, advanced lighting, equipment setup, technicians and crew are additional services. Use of the podcast room as a holding area does not include a supported podcast recording session. RENTAL PRICES • 3 hours: $510. • 4 hours: $680. • 5 hours: $850. • 6 hours: $1,020. • 8 hours: $1,360. • 10-hour Full Day: $1,500 through a custom Peerspace offer. No separate standard cleaning fee. OPTIONAL FRESH CYC FLOOR PAINT Cyclorama access is included in your rental. Fresh floor painting is optional and is not required to use the cyc. Fresh cyc floor paint: $150 per booking, requested in advance and subject to preparation availability. Examples if you choose fresh floor paint: • 3-hour rental + fresh paint: $660. • 5-hour rental + fresh paint: $1,000. • 10-hour Full Day + fresh paint: $1,650. These examples exclude other selected services, Peerspace guest fees and applicable taxes. 2. SUPPORT — YOUR PRODUCTION, OUR RESOURCES Have your own creative team or production plan? Add the equipment and additional crew your shoot needs. Optional services include: • Camera equipment. • Advanced lighting and grip. • Audio recording equipment. • Additional camera, lighting and sound crew. • Motion-control robot services. The motion-control robot is an optional paid service and is not included in rental. Motion-control packages are quoted with their agreed studio time and technical resources, so rental is not charged twice. 3. FULL PRODUCTION — BRING THE BRIEF Need us to plan and produce the project? Share your goals, references, intended channels and required deliverables. Starting production budgets: • Brand and content production: from $7,500. • Product photography and video: from $7,500. • Content Day: from $8,500. • Product Films: from $12,500. These are starting budgets, not fixed deliverable packages. Your proposal defines preparation, studio time, equipment, crew, production and any agreed post-production. Editing, finished assets, versions, review rounds and delivery dates are included only as specified in your proposal. Optional fresh cyc paint is included as a separate line item only when selected.
