About the Space
Great for family gatherings, offsites , yoga/fitness classes, and photo shoots. Exposed brick, hardwood floors and lots of light from both the east and south. A large wall makes projecting film easy while an adjacent freight elevator and dual doors allow for easy access of larger objects. Some tables and chairs are provided at no cost and we work with numerous vendors to easily accommodate larger groups with diverse needs.

We do some basic cleaning such as wiping down tables, chairs and doorknobs. Guests are required to abide by applicable state and city Covid laws. Given the fluid nature of the pandemic, guests should consult city and state resources or ask at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
