This home is a great location for team building exercises and the closest private luxury you will find for work retreats, work spaces, collaborative events or meetings. Great small business event meeting collaboration work site. Featuring a optional heated pool, dedicated work space, billiards, poker or black jack, darts, volleyball, kan jam, slam ball, ping pong, corn hole, badminton and privacy of a large backyard in a custom neighborhood. This cleaning process reduces the amount of germs on surfaces and decreases risk of infection from surfaces. This process of cleaning removes most virus particles on surfaces. Disinfection in between clients to reduce transmission of COVID-19.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30-day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
