The house was built in the 1960s and has been fully renovated and redesigned to create a modern and cozy stay! The downstairs is embodies the perfect "party flow" for any event from a dinner party, a cocktail reception to an offsite work retreat. The oversized dining room is the perfect space to flex from a strategic planning session to an intimate dinner. The house offers a large den and a second sitting room. The kitchen is located in the center of the house providing the opportunity for in-house cooking or ample space for catering. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms that are fully prepped and stocked for guests can stay overnight following your event or out-of-town team members can stay on site. The space works well for a group of friends, small families, or work teams. Designed with a 'slow' pace in mind, our hope is that you enjoy every part of your experience at the house no matter how you plan to use it. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
