This building operates as a hair salon, but when rented, chairs can or will be moved to the back leaving a big open space downstairs for whatever event/theme you need. Under a 8 foot wide chandelier sparkling through the building, there is also an upstairs bar/lounge area. This space works great to rent for film, lounges, photo shoots, or intimate gatherings

The studio stays spotless clean, a cleaner comes once a week to clean, and we clean daily after we’re done.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
