Located at Spencer Village on Hawkesbury River a short 90 minute drive from Sydney and built in 1910 is this elegantly restored homestead. It has beautiful river scenery, in a coastal setting, boating, fishing, hiking are popular and it has a farm style kitchen with breathtaking entertaining areas, a spa bath and pool table. White House is perfect for commercial work, or the perfect historic backdrop for a film on Australian early settler history. White House will host it's first small scale event Time and Tide history adventure tours on 19 March 2022 with Dr Bernadette Flynn a Spencer local. Spencer itself has an eclectic and storytelling vibrant community made up of people from a diverse mix of backgrounds. White House is owned by Lanopearl - Australian organic skin and body care. White House is regularly booked on Airbnb and our calendars are linked so please check the calendar for availability.

White House follows Airbnb COVID cleaning 5 step standard and our cleaners are fully trained in this standard We also take cleaning one step further. For example, our process entails COVID cleaning 5 step process and we also conduct further activities to ensure that guests' are safe and hygiene for example, we fully empty the spa and refill it every single guest. Our cleaning process and methodologies are in line with the recommendations under ISO 9001.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
