About the Space
Located at Spencer Village on Hawkesbury River a short 90 minute drive from Sydney and built in 1910 is this elegantly restored homestead. It has beautiful river scenery, in a coastal setting, boating, fishing, hiking are popular and it has a farm style kitchen with breathtaking entertaining areas, a spa bath and pool table. White House is perfect for commercial work, or the perfect historic backdrop for a film on Australian early settler history. White House will host it's first small scale event Time and Tide history adventure tours on 19 March 2022 with Dr Bernadette Flynn a Spencer local. Spencer itself has an eclectic and storytelling vibrant community made up of people from a diverse mix of backgrounds. White House is owned by Lanopearl - Australian organic skin and body care. Spencer Village has limit free parking opposite the White House, this can fit around 8 vehicles. Around four cars can fit on the concrete drive. Streets surrounding Spencer has no
It has a lock up garage which can fit an Ashton Martin or similar small vehicle. Surrounding Spencer there is street parking and parking at the community hall however, it is around 5 minute drive to the White House.
Additional paid parking can be obtained at the caravan park which is a short 1 minute from the White House.

Property has good natural lighting from morning until just after lunch time.
Our blinds are sheer so we don't have block out for lighting control. Windows are as featured in photos and different throughout property.
Ambient noise description
It is quiet most of the days, at night more lively especially after 3 pm. Dunkirk hotel which is an unofficial 'local' pub is just a tree which people sit around and drink.

General Rules
- All filming or commercial work needs to be carried out within the internal structure of the house only.
- Lawns / grassed area are slippery due to La Nina and flooding so access to the White House should be through the front door and up the beautiful drive.
- Pets are welcome.
- Smoking or vaping are not welcomed.
- There is only one shop in Spencer - the General Store with limited supplies, it is recommend that you bring your own. General Store sells alcohol.
- White House is located within walking distance of the Dunkirk Hotel. White House bears no responsibility for visitors at the Dunkirk Hotel. Dunkirk is a bar located under a tree at Spencer which is the locals space, outsiders are welcomed. However, we do not bear any responsibility for cast or crew that chose to spend time there, nor for the actions of anyone who visits the tree.

Security cameras and recording devices
White House has 24/7 offsite security which is active when people come onto the property. It is activated by movement and the cameras only checked if there is a security breach to the property. All recordings are kept for a period of time up to 30 days.
Cameras are only record externally and not internally.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

White House follows Airbnb COVID cleaning 5 step standard and our cleaners are fully trained in this standard We also take cleaning one step further. For example, our process entails COVID cleaning 5 step process and we also conduct further activities to ensure that guests' are safe and hygiene for example, we fully empty the spa and refill it every single guest.
Our cleaning process and methodologies are in line with the recommendations under ISO 9001.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
