About the Space

We are a 1,200 acre ranch in the piney woods of East Texas with rolling hills, several terrain changes, wooded areas, wide open areas, and a full rodeo arena. We have Airbnb stays (vintage Airstreams, cabins, bunkhouse, and more unique spaces coming soon) on property that can sleep up to 36 people as well as experiences such as horseback riding, clay shooting, gun range, fishing lake, pool, hot tub, axe throwing, miles of ATV trails, 3-D archery course, and more. We have partners that can provide guided fishing trips, in-house massages, or private catering up to 500 people. We can be a one-stop spot for many different filming companies.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
