About the Space
Office building located just west of Downtown Durham’s City Center, near the Durham Co-Op and the Cookery. There is a large conference room with a table and seating for at least 12 people. This space could be used for meetings as events, including film and photo shoots. Please note, the office has a tenant that occupies one side of the building. The building usually stays pretty quiet, but please keep that in mind for any film shoots that might take place during weekdays/normal business hours. Conference room is located on the second floor of a walkup building (one set of stairs) with no elevator. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE is required for this space
