Welcome to our thoughtfully curated Organic Modern Spanish Revival apartment in the heart of the North Park/Hillcrest neighborhood. This light-filled 1920's Spanish bungalow blends original architectural details—including built-ins, hardwood floors, and vintage charm—with a warm, organic modern aesthetic and carefully collected one-of-a-kind furnishings. The main living and dining area enjoys beautiful southern exposure and features a faux fireplace as its focal point. The second bedroom, currently used as a guest space, faces northeast and is filled with soft morning light through French doors that open to a private deck. The primary bedroom is bathed in warm southwest light throughout the afternoon, while the bathroom showcases its original tiled flooring and a west-facing window. The kitchen features classic black-and-white checkered linoleum flooring with northwest exposure. Please ensure your booking includes adequate time for both setup and teardown. Overtime begins if early access is requested or if additional time is needed beyond your scheduled booking to fully vacate the property. Overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate in 30-minute increments. My boyfriend and I live in the apartment and both work from home. Someone from the property will be on-site or nearby for the duration of every booking should any questions or needs arise. Before booking, please send us a message to discuss your production needs, crew size, and preferred timeframe so we can ensure the space is the right fit. To help protect our carefully curated furnishings, please do not move furniture or décor without prior approval. We're happy to move larger pieces before your booking or assist while items are being moved.
