Painted flat white upon arrival client is allowed to paint any color or background as long as it is returned to Flat white. 1.6 miles up into the Santa Monica Mountains gorgeous natural setting, dirt floors. Weather permitting. Rain days will be cancellation days. !00% Natural Light. Compostable toilets available, running water available. Parking for four cars included. Wi-Fi and cooling area included.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
