Our space is a cozy 3BR 3BA home that's styled perfectly for lifestyle photo and video. Featuring a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate patio spaces, a primary bedroom, guest bedroom and kids room. (We've hosted Vegamour, Florence By Mills, Mary Ruths Organics, and many other beautiful companies). Neutral decor props, and curated corners allow for shooting a variety of scenes with ease. 1100sq ft Living Space featuring: - Electric fireplace - White neutral living room furniture - 2 outdoor spaces with options for lounging, and dining. - Lush greenery with ivy wall, Cacti and Palm Trees. - Fully equipped kitchen - Open kitchen shelving that's perfect for showcasing products - Breakfast bar with seating for 2 - 3 bathrooms with neutral decor - Primary Bedroom with desk - Child's room with crib (we have a snoo available as well)

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
