Barn with 3 TVs, billiards table, shuffleboard table, air hockey, Mortal Kombat arcade game, 60 game "Pac Man" arcade machine, and card table with cabinets containing over 50 board and card games. Barn is climate controlled. Barn includes a kitchenette with a microwave oven, a toaster oven, and two single stove top burners, as well as a refrigerator Outdoor space includes large playground on artificial turf play area, 1000 sq ft putting green, basketball area, hot tub, hammock, swings, two large dining tables, grill, and large fire pit. Fishing pond at rear of the property - bring your own gear Swimming pool can be added to rental for an additional charge of $35/hour between May 1 and Sept 1. NOT included in base rate. Includes lower level of barn only (no access to upstairs bedroom). No alcohol or smoking/vaping allowed on property. Includes parking for six vehicles on site. There is a public parking lot next-door for additional parking as needed. Bookings do require a $250 security deposit, which must be delivered via check two weeks prior to the booking date. After the booking is completed, we will walk the space with the host to ensure there has been no damage and the deposit check will be returned to the host after this walk-through.
