Parking is limited therefore it is difficult to reserve the space for more guests. This luxury basement has a wet bar that includes a microwave, wine chiller, micro fridge and sink. Alcohol is displayed for decor, please do not use for personal consumption. There is plenty of counter space and bar top with a television in the bar area. Barstools at the bar and additional stools at two detached counter areas for use too. There is a built in wall seat with a pool table surrounded by a lounge area with a sofa, a fireplace below a television, and cocktail table. A full bath with an additional separate room that includes a television, wall seating, and pub table with stools. This space also has a gym area Use of the gym will be at own risk. Space is definitely ideal for entertaining (game nights, small gatherings such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, etc.). This space can also be used for photo shoots and business meetings too. The backyard can be used as a part of any event. Limitations on area use as to not enter the neighbors space. There is not a deck or patio at this time.
