This forest green pole barn, built in 1993, is a 2300 square foot space on a 69 acre farm, conveniently located between Ladysmith and Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Enjoy exclusive use of our unique barn with solid steel beam floors, access to trucks and tractors, high ceilings, and the ability to open / close three large moving side doors. Our property welcomes you and your guests with views of rolling hills and coastal mountains, which provide a refreshing, romantic, open air setting for your creative day. Your guests will appreciate the close proximity to the Nanaimo airport and Duke Point ferry terminal as well. Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
