About the Space
Very private and wooded property on 11 acres, stone and wooden bridges, pool, pond, creek and mancave shop all on premise. Open to consider any offers or request for props! House is 5700sq ft, shop space is 1750sq ft. Request for bedroom/private spaces must be made in advance, prefer to keep them closed for personal items. Request for cars is “okay” and general approved but not to be driven. “Props” only if I can be available for staging. This is a residence. It is kept clean, tidy, and free of clutter. It’s not a public place with high traffic. Private bookings only. Will only be exposed to your booking party.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
