Recording studio & performance stage space with separate control room, located in the loom factory of artist spaces & lofts. The stage room has 3 different lounge areas with couches & oriental rugs & eclectic artwork. The decor is very red Celebes lounge eclectic style with a section paying homage to twin peaks red room. Fully equipped live sound stage & concert grand piano, Hammond organ, etc. cool lighting including Spanish revival red lanterns, red & black s theatre velvet curtains on walls & original exposed brick and windows on stage. Isolated control room & separate bar area. Great for a photoshoot or to stream a video or interview. We ask that all guests leave studio how they found it. All garbage disposed in trash cans provided including water bottles & napkins. Light Snacks are allowed but full meals & food service not permitted to maintain venues cleanliness.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
