Studio A: Control Room, Live Room, Vocal Booth, Private Lounge, Rooftop Patio Services: SESSION w/ ENGINEER - starting at $105 per hour ($850 for 10 hrs) Audio Recording / Vocal Recording / Editing / Mixing / Mastering / Instrument Recording / Band Recording / Podcasts / Choir & Acapella Recording / Voiceovers / ADR / Noise Reduction / Sound Restoration SESSION w/ PRODUCER - starting at $160 per hour ($1300 for 10 hrs) Build Custom Instrumentals / Beat Production / Songwriting / Remixes / Sound Design / Scoring / Arranging / Composition / Original Music SESSION w/ ASSISTANT - starting at $85 per hour ($700 for 10 hrs) Use Our Facility / Listening Sessions / Plug & Play Producers / Video Shoots / Photo Shoots / Meetings / "I have my own engineer"

All studios are cleaned after every session. Non-talent guests are limited during this time to decrease traffic through the spaces. We can provide guests with face masks, hand sanitizer, disposible gloves. All of our staff wear masks for everyones safety.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
