This spacious outdoor oasis is perfect for any and all showers, events and get togethers. The space is nestled between lush trees and is feet's away from the forest. This outdoor private space is idyllic in the warmer months. Furniture can be moved to suit your event or left as is. The main deck (left hand side) and surrounding areas can be used for dining, display, mingling, etc. The pergola can be used for entertaining and/or lounging with some cool shade. This space is perfect for anyone that is searching for a sunny, comfortable, inviting and fully customizable venue location. Maximum occupancy: 40 guests Outdoor string lights extend the length of the space for evening mood lighting. Refreshments are not included with rental. You are welcome to bring in anything you would like.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
