The Inn has a gorgeous wrap-around porch with plenty of seating space for an outdoor meeting, a large yard that can also hold additional people, a dining room with plenty of seating and a living room with plenty of seating. It's decor is "Shabby Chic." Located in historic downtown Gainesville, it's a perfect location for a birthday luncheon, a bridal shower, a baby shower, a corporate retreat (we have 7 Inn rooms as well, and we serve a continental breakfast to Inn guests), a photography session, a dinner, a networking event, a pop-up, workshops, yoga class... so many uses for such a beautiful space. We regularly disinfect and clean all areas of the Inn (inside and outside).
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
