Looking to see what film location and photo studio hire Sydney has to offer? Join us in our Woodburn Street building. Sitting next to the intersection of Regent Street and Cleveland Street on the edge of central Sydney, we are handy to trains and buses. The interior is raw and rustic, yet clean and quaint. Slip in amongst our creative culture and let it inspire you. The photo studio space features a concrete floor, high ceilings and white washed walls. Natural light comes from West, North and East walls. We are popular with musicians who film their music videos here in the evenings, ideal as a pop up film production workspace or for photo shoots at any time of the day.

1. ONLY USE THE SPACE FOR THE STATED PURPOSE Hirers are not to use the space for any purpose other than what was specified in the agreement 2. DO NOT DISRUPT OTHERS WORKING IN THE SPACE Whilst you have exclusive use of the hired area it is not completely private. The building is a shared workspace and others pay to use studios and to have access to amenities. They do not work for Woodburn and are not to be treated as staff. 3. DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS Make sure your people or equipment does not block any doors or pathways. 4. DO NOT ENTER STUDIOS The hire space is the common area only, do not enter the other rooms, they are private studios. 5. GUESTS AND WORKERS You are responsible for your guests and workers and must make sure they know these rules. 6. DO NOT EXCEED THE NOISE LIMIT Sound should not be heard from outside the premises if you have to shout, it is too loud. 7. BORROWING THE SPACE’S EQUIPMENT You must ask before using any equipment off the space such as; tools, ladders, kitchen utensils make sure that they go back to where they came from. 8. CLEANING The space is to be left how you found it. Replace any items that you use, wash any kitchen utensils and sweep/wipe surfaces. Cleaning fees apply if required. 9. WASTE Remove all waste that is created. Leftover rubbish will be charged at $10 per bag.OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
