About the Space

Large industrial style studio and creative facility dedicated to bringing your ideas to life. We offer over 1100 square feet of open space that includes large westward facing window light, 30 foot ceilings, cement floors, and a wide array of professional photography equipment like lighting, seamless backdrops, and 4K photo/video cameras. The owner of the space, Chris Henry, is a professional photographer and would be happy to assist you during your project. Private garage parking is available. Creative projects of any kind of welcome.

Health and Safety Measures

Surfaces are wiped down on a daily basis and ventilation is constant. Masks and hand sanitizer will be offered during a session if requested.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
