The studio contains unique high-end furniture pieces as well as one on a kind artwork. There are endless ways to get creative and make your vision come to reality here. Our studio contains a beautiful arch wall feature and large windows which provide abundant natural light. At over 2200 sqft, the studio is great for hosting both large and small teams. Elevators: Three passenger elevators; One Freight Our Loft could be best used for the following: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more. REMINDER: No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. Please Note: Our loft is not soundproof, and we will not allow loud music. Security Cameras: There is security cameras inside the space that will be used only if necessary when Peerspace asks for proof of footage. High touch surfaces such as door knobs, tables, and mirrors are wiped down and disinfected before each booking. The studio is vacuumed and swept daily as well.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
