****Roadside '79 is a set inside Warren Studios. To have the facility to yourself, book Warren Studios.**** One wall of the set hinges open at two points creating a larger shooting space. Walls closed - 16' x 16' Walls open - 16' x 30' (wide photos taken 30' from the back wall of the set) If our operating hours and available times don’t work for your production, message us your preferred hours This is a working paint factory from 1907. Might be dusty, poorly insulated, and have a paint smell in some areas that are shared with the paint facility. -Only suitable for recording sound 5pm-6am M-F and Weekends.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
