AVAILABLE AREAS ⬇️⬇️⬇️ FRONT ROOM: That 70’s Pad features a cozy front room with a flower-power sofa, vintage piano, 70s TV unit, shag rug, macramé hangings, and lots of old vintage decor. KITCHEN: The kitchen and dinette areas have great creative options. The spaces include authentic period vintage dishes, mid-century cutlery, pots/pans and bakeware. Perfect for photo shoots and film!! DINETTE: The dinette area off the kitchen includes a small table and chairs, vintage-era cookbooks and mid-century trinkets adorn a corner while a record console, crackled glass and a dry bar complement the rest of the area. LAUNDRY ROOM: Off the kitchen is a laundry/storage room complete with a vintage washer, dryer and hamper. Several authentic cleaning vintage, mid-century products are available for your shoot (for show only, not for actual use). DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM: Step inside the most unique, IG-worthy powder room you’ll ever visit complete with vintage mirrored, foil wallpaper in this Studio 54 Disco-reminiscent original time capsule bathroom. STAIRS: Don’t forget the stairs and gallery wall. Makes for great group photos! THE GREEN ROOM: this large, mid-century traditional bedroom includes a vintage Genie-style, king-size bed, armoire, vintage swag lighting, velvet Elvis art, and vintage phones for props. THE YELLOW ROOM: this spacious area includes a mid-century bed with floating nightstands and vintage accents. A vintage ball chair, iconic 70s Drexel Plus One days of the week dresser, space-age Weltron 8-track (with dozens of 8-tracks) plus a variety of books, magazines and other period props round out the decor. Walls are covered in vintage-era posters, 45s, a God’s eye and string art. UPSTAIRS BATHROOM: Vintage-inspired with retro, vintage wall art, Avon, hanging plants, vintage weight scale and fun vintage 70s-records shower curtain. PATIO: Outside and weather permitting, we have a vintage, tropical Tiki-inspired sitting area on the the patio with lots of plants and on the other side, a bistro set with a vibrant 70s super graphic. The property features common areas including a large lawn area for croquet (vintage set provided). Community Pool may also be available (additional rules apply). Clubhouse may be available (for an additional fee) with mid-century pool tables and a game room.
