Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

A deep clean of the Estate is completed between bookings. We will also provide a covid checklist upon arrival when required.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A new wedding and events venue based on the Central Coast of NSW, and only 60 minutes north of Sydney. The Estate features an infinite choice of exquisite areas for your ceremony and cocktail receptions, all of which are distinguished with unique characteristics such as our Rose Garden, Amphitheater, Outdoor fire place and fairground which features our very own french horse carousel. All of these spaces are accessible and connected together by beautifully decomposed granite pathways and a fresh water brook that runs throughout the prop

Parking description

The property can easily park up to 100 cars

General Rules

11pm curfew for the music to be off and guests actively leaving the premises Maximum 4 guests can sleep at the Estate in the designated rooms. The number of guests getting ready at the Estate and their names must be supplied to us before access to the property and shall not exceed ten persons. No smoking inside the Estate No Alcohol is to be bought onto the Estate - We are licensed premises. Access to the Estate is from 12 pm the day before the event. Bump out must be complete by 2 pm the day after the event. Furniture that was moved during the event must be put back into the space where it was found. Deliveries before the event will not be accepted unless a prior agreement is made. We offer catering & bar service; however, if you wish to use your own vendors, an RSA and all licenses and permits will be required to be supplied before we allow access to the property. The carousel is strictly not to be turned on or used without a member of the Estate present.

Security cameras and recording devices

Property has basic security cameras on property that monitor the house and surrounds.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
