Weekends and Holidays Rates are different then the weekday rate listed- Weekend Rate $160 hour ABOUT THE SPACE A modern, workplace situated in the Hills of Altadena / Pasadena is the perfect choice for hosting your upcoming Off-Site events, Workshops, Retreats, Wellness, Meetings, and anything in between. Our space has 2 adjoining rooms - including a prep-space room with a refrigerator and Free Parking onsite. There is an additional side ally pergola and a sandbox area useful for an event - hangout - or additional parking. Ask for Pricing. We provide Four (4) 6-8 ft Folding Tables, Twenty (20) White Chairs for modular table set-up, conference set-up, a back area lounge, and everything else to create a comfortable and inviting feel where inspiration is everywhere. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES (free): - White Board -Blue Tooth Onyx Soundbox Speaker For Background Music - WIFI CATERING / FOOD: - We have a list of vendors & caterers to recommend if you're interested in ordering a meal during your booking. - Several restaurants within walking distance CUSTOM RATES: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rates are subject to change. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
