Welcome to Gavilan Hills Retreat! My listing is new and I have a lot to offer: Wide open spaces that work well for photo and video shoots! Epoxy flooring making it easy to roll cameras and move equipment, furniture props, etc.; Lots of natural lighting! White walls with white partial blackout shades; Open kitchen takes up minimal space for scenes and/ or serving food; Dressing room/ bedroom; Additional bedroom for scenes; Large desert garden with direct mountain view for outdoor scenes: lots of trees, a patio, and space for sets. (We are currently converting to a drought-resistant landscape so expect a lot of bare desert ground for the moment). We look forward to doing everything we can so that you may focus on your creative experience!

Professional cleaners disinfect and clean all spaces in between activities. The fee for this service is $200.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
