Welcome to Gavilan Hills Retreat! My listing is new and I have a lot to offer:
Wide open spaces that work well for photo and video shoots!
Epoxy flooring making it easy to roll cameras and move equipment, furniture props, etc.;
Lots of natural lighting!
White walls with white partial blackout shades;
Open kitchen takes up minimal space for scenes and/ or serving food;
Dressing room/ bedroom;
Additional bedroom for scenes;
Large desert garden with direct mountain view for outdoor scenes: lots of trees, a patio, and space for sets. (We are currently converting to a drought-resistant landscape so expect a lot of bare desert ground for the moment).

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
