Our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo includes a living space, kitchen, kitchen island, bathroom, bedroom, laundry area and outdoor patio. The living room space has a queen sofa couch, two chairs, a coffee table and a ROKU tv. The bedroom includes a king size bed. Outdoor patio allows seating for up to 4 guests. The space could be used for anything including a meeting space, photoshoot, interview, team building and more! The beach vibes in the living room makes it a great backdrop for shooting content! Need a marble shower? We got that, too! You will have access to our functional kitchen. We offer a duo coffee pot/k cup coffee maker if you were to need any to fuel your energy. We also have an electric tabletop s'mores maker for a little treat. Need some tunes or audio in the background? Our ROKU tv can be set up to use with any music streaming app or streaming service.
