Located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, this was the original Marks Farmhouse that now sits on Marks Road above adorable Margaretville, NY. Originally a dairy farm from the turn of the century, this farmhouse has amazing views and vistas, pristine forest land, and expansive grass fields. Just 5 minutes from idyllic Margaretville, this can be used to film in several ways, including family/friend gatherings (think The Big Chill), scenic shots in the woods, and more. The house has a firepit looking out at the mountains, great exposure for natural sunlight, and lots of land to play with.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
